Sure. Any length between one and eight metres can be provided in material. We can provide lengths up to 11.8 metres in T6 condition and 15 metres in E grade upon request for an extra price.

In accordance with standard procedure in the extrusion sector, a refundable security deposit is collected for the price of developing a new die in exchange for a minimum assured off-take within a given time frame; if this time frame is not met, the security deposit for the new die is lost. With certain restrictions, it is also possible to guarantee die exclusivity. Specific information is available upon request.
Our primary method of packaging is HDPE, with the exception of rods and flat bars from extrusions, where a single bundle can support roughly 60–80 kg. Based on the size and shape of the extrusion, we can also provide bundles weighing more than 100 kg. Depending on the customer's preference, each hardwood box can store around 250 kg when packed. Polythene is an additional packing material that is accessible. Additionally offered are automatic equipment for stretch wrapping. The profiles are directly packed into the containers after being wrapped in polythene for exports based on full container loads. The bundles will be first packed in polythene and then placed into the wooden cases if the freight is less than the truck or container load. The actual cost of packaging would fluctuate depending on the case, and this information is available upon request.
The lead time for orders that are technically and commercially clear will be two weeks for existing profiles, and it may range from three to five weeks for new profiles.

With our marketing department's prior consent, orders for existing dies may be changed or cancelled. On the other hand, if the object has already been extruded before the request, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If an order is cancelled for any new die, the customer will be charged for trial charges and the SND (Security for New Die) would be forfeited. If the material is not extruded, any commercial amendments as well as changes in length or quantity would be accepted.
Nonetheless, SND and trial charges would be forfeited in the event of any technical, tolerance, or dimensional modification.
